Challenges

Each module had to be lifted by a crane and lowered onto either a basement foundation or a first floor module on narrow lots between adjacent existing homes.
The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) EBE participation requirements needed to be satisfied, along with the Wisconsin Green Built Homes initiative.

Solutions

Genesis experienced set-up crew was crucial in maneuvering the modules into the tight lots. Professional design and engineering staffs ensured satisfaction of the Green requirements. Local craftsmen completed onsite work to meet local EBE requirements.
