Hillcrest IV is the crown jewel of the Hillcrest Family of Plans, a series of four plans ranging from 1,917 to 2,281 sq. ft. with similar distinctive features enhanced with a variety of captivating options to fit a wide range of price points.
Hillcrest IV customers can choose from several pre-designed multi-dormered exteriors to maximize curb appeal.

- Spacious living room accented with tray ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, and entertainment center with stacked stone accents
- Dining room with built-in hutches

Built in Athens, Texas, and available through Titan Factory Direct
The Hillcrest IV plan is constructed by Champion’s Athens, Texas, manufacturing facility and is displayed and distributed by Titan Factory Direct locations throughout Texas and in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
