Champion's modular construction provides five-story apartment building in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina

The project consisted of 52 modules to create 65 one-bedroom apartments at 630 square feet each.

Using Champion’s modular construction, the modules were delivered to the site, four units at a time. The units were set in 11 days and the building was open for occupancy only six months later.
