The Cabernet is a multi-section modular home built to state building codes. The construction for this 30’4” x 64’ home is completed almost entirely at Champion’s Strattanville, PA, manufacturing facility and then transported to your land for setting and installation. As a modular home, the Cabernet can be placed on top of a foundation or basement.

Main Living Space
Right when you walk in the Cabernet, you’ll see beautiful built-in lockers that are perfect for families to organize coats, shoes, and backpacks. What you see next, though, is the real showstopper – the view into the living room is like no other. The open concept living space has a tray ceiling, black accent beams, and four gorgeous windows with transom windows placed above. The dining area easily fits a table for six.
Designed with a modern look in mind, the entertainment area is a true stunner. Surrounded by black shiplap, the entertainment area features a gorgeous black-and-white marble piece with an electric fireplace and black mantel. Extra shelves provide room for displaying décor pieces.
Kitchen
Welcome to the Cabernet’s kitchen, where aesthetics and functionality combine in perfect harmony. The heart of the kitchen is the island, which has bar seating with room for three stools. Storage is maximized throughout the entire space, including white cabinets with matte black pulls, plus a lazy Susan cabinet. There’s even a set of cabinets above the fridge. No space goes to waste when it comes to storage!
The kitchen features Whirlpool appliances, 11 sets of outlets, and a beautiful white subway tile backsplash throughout the entire prep area. There are windows above the sink that look out directly onto the porch, which is ideal for keeping an eye on the kids.
You won’t want to miss the one-of-a-kind pantry with two sets of triple cabinet doors on the outside. It has built-in shelving, soft-close drawers, and a bonus countertop with outlets for a toaster or electric tea kettle. The pantry even has motion-sensor lights that automatically turn on when you open the door.
Main Bedroom and Bathroom
Whether your home is lakeside, in the woods, or set on a yard, you’ll love the view from the main bedroom looking out from the front of the home. The 16’6”x14’4” room easily fits a king bed with plenty of room for a dresser.
As you walk through the sliding barn door into the en-suite bathroom, prepare to be wowed. The first thing you’ll notice is the large white standalone bathtub next to the huge shower with two showerheads. The brown-and-white marble shower tiles add to the luxurious feel and complement the hexagonal tile flooring.
Getting ready in the morning will be a breeze with the double vanity featuring backlit mirrors and ample storage. You’ll have tons of space in the large walk-in closet, which includes plenty of shelving, a separate area for linens, and room to hang up a full-sized mirror. And don’t miss the clever bi-fold barn doors that lead into the closet! The separate water closet for the toilet also has a matching set of barn doors, too.
The most unexpected part of the bathroom? A coffee station! Get your coffee going first thing in the morning, and enjoy your brew as you get ready for the day.
Additional Bedrooms and Bathroom
When you walk in the second bathroom, one word will come to mind: storage! This bathroom has tons of storage with plenty of cabinets and drawers in the vanity and an extra-tall storage area with chic black cabinets. You’ll love the double vanity with round mirrors and the combination shower and bathtub featuring a transom window up top. Hexagonal tile that matches the primary bathroom completes the cohesive look.
Situated right next to the bathroom are two additional bedrooms, which can be used as kids’ rooms, an office, a library, or a home gym – the sky’s the limit. The second bedroom is 11’11” x 11’x11” with a set of windows and a closet, and the third bedroom is 10’7” x 9’6” with a nice-sized window and a closet.
Laundry Room
Right off the second and third bedrooms, you’ll find the spacious laundry room with hookups for your washer and dryer, an exterior door, and a closet for storing cleaning supplies. The laundry room has the same hexagonal flooring as the bathrooms, plus white cabinets with matte black pulls that match the kitchen. To complete the space, there’s a sink with decorative black-and-white tiling above the countertop.
