Choice #1: Finding Your Retailer 

One of the first choices you’ll have to make is selecting a retailer to work with. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, so we’ve made a dedicated page just for helping you find and select the best retailer for you. All you have to do is type the information of the location you’re looking to build in, and you’ll receive a list of all the retailers near you! 

Choice #3: Personalize with Upgrades 

We also offer various upgrades that are not included in the base price but can be easily added on to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of your home. For instance, our Ultimate Kitchen 3 package, also known as UK3, can transform your kitchen into a chef’s paradise. In addition, our smart home technology, Champion Homes Connect TM , allows you to automate and control various aspects of your home with ease. Other upgrades include fireplaces, entertainment centers, and exterior treatments like dormers and upgraded siding. 

Choice #4: Get Snazzy with Décor Options 

Now that you’ve chosen your floor plan, it’s time to dive into the fun stuff – décor and options! From flooring and cabinet colors to countertops and lighting fixtures, we offer a variety of choices to help you create your dream home. Our décor options vary depending on your location, but we always ensure that you have the freedom to choose the style of your home from our available options. These may include: 

• Flooring  
• Cabinet color and style  
• Countertops  
• Interior Wall Finish   
• Exterior Colors 
• Tile
• Lighting fixtures  
• Sinks, tubs and showers  
• Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances 

Choice #5: Add-Ons from Third Parties 

It’s important to note the features, add-ons and upgrades that aren’t included with your purchase of a Champion Home. These include: 

• Porches & Decks. These exterior features can greatly enhance the curb appeal of your home and provide additional outdoor living space, but you’ll have to find and work with your own separate contractor if you want them.  
• Washer & Dryer. While our homes are equipped with hookups for these appliances, we do not provide either. This gives you the freedom to choose the make and model that best suits your needs and budget! 
• Landscaping. Finishing with details like gardens and other artistic or lifestyle add-ons is a conversation to have with your general contractor.
