Champion earned 2018 MHI awards in the following categories:

The Lakeport is a two-story, 4,370 square foot modular home designed with the large family in mind. The Heron is a 499 square foot, one-bedroom, one-bath model that is distinctly elegant without sacrificing utility or top-quality amenities. Built to Wind Zone III standards, the Heron features an ample porch with composite decking and a nine-foot sidewall height with transom windows on the outside, and a living room, dining area, kitchen and cozy bedroom on the inside. The Kingsbrook, Contempo Series, Model KB34 is a 1,775 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home. Its transverse roofline is reminiscent of the California bungalow concept, while its interior offers charming and distinctive designs throughout the great room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
