Manufactured Home Design – Multi-Section
The Sequoia, a Skyline Champion Genesis® brand model built in Chandler, AZ, is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, multi-section ranch available in all major U.S. metro areas. The Sandcastle, a Homes of Merit® model built in Lake City, FL, is designed to offer all the creature comforts of a five-star beach resort. This 490-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath model (built to HUD standards) is distinctly elegant, without sacrificing utility or premier amenities. The home has vinyl plank flooring throughout, nine-foot ceilings and transom windows that offer plenty of natural light. Modular Housing Design
Built under the Skyline Champion Excel® brand in Liverpool, PA and installed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, the sprawling 5,800 square-foot Portsmouth Pretty model offers stunning panoramic views of the Sakonnet River and illustrates the custom luxury possible with modular construction.
